Lunch offered was inside.the island in the midlle not as presenred in offer close to rhe beach with oxean view.

Lisa &We pre-booked a guaranteed bus-boat/ferry connection from the airport to Koh Samui island. We were at the bus station at 14:15h and claimed our ticket at 14.30h.
The bus should've left at 15:15h but it didn't. They kept selling tickets to people and the crowd was poorly managed.
We arrived at 16.50h at the ferry, wich already closed boarding for the 17h ferry we booked. The guide looked stressed and only said this: 'the boat leaves at 6 now.' And then she disappeared. That boat also got delayed making our arrivaltime +2hours.
The bus itself was good comfort, the boat same, no remarks.
We probably just got bad luck with how they made a wrong call when to leave and the poor communication about it.
I would recommend the transfer just know it can happen that a guaranteed connection is not guaranteed.

Gabriele ZOur trip with Phantip was overall very well organized. The bus and ferry connections were smooth, and staff guided us clearly through each step. We did experience a delay with the ferry, but that was due to Seatran (a different company), so not Phantip’s fault.
One thing to be aware of: Phantip arranged onward transfers for most passengers once we arrived on the island, but we were only informed about this option at the very end, when there were no spots left. It would have helped to know earlier, so we could plan accordingly.
Overall, I would still recommend Phantip for reliable and coordinated travel — just make sure to ask in advance if you need a transfer on Koh Samui island upon arrival.
