I really do not like that I cannot pick a seat for this bus on 12-go. The bus itself is great. Seats have loads of space, are comfortable and the staff is helpful.

Bus très confortable, tout est très bien organisé globalement. Mais impossible de dormir avec des réveils toutes les heures, les néons, arrets en tous genres, annonces, halte repas... l'hôtesse pas commode, ça détonne avec l'accueil si agréable des thaï

The bus was comfortable with large seats, we were given snacks and water and a lunch voucher. There was a toilet on board. We arrived in Ranong on schedule.
