Hardikkumar Book directly at bus stop, they are charging 30% extra. Though bus is express but we arrived at 9AM insted of 6AM. Bus is taking too many stops. Dinner option was very limited.

Philippe DOk but a quite pour level of information. There was a connexion. I arrived only around 12:00 at Krabi ( supposedly at 9:20) and had no transfer to my hotel as expected

Sarah BHe was 2 hours longer. There was no traffic. Had nothing to do with that. He had clearly snuck people on without tickets. Then went all over the place dropping people off. Really uncomfortable seats. Freezing cos other people have the aircon too cold. The toilet on board is disgusting. I do not recommend this bus

Jake Forst bus from krabi to Surat thani was great. The transfer to krabi from there was aweful. The driver was an absolute lunatic on the road, and I've been in SE asia for months so I'm used to the roads by now. He was also incredibly rude, pretended to be deaf and not speak English when it suited him and despite us paying extra to be dropped off at the hotel, he never asked where or what our hotel was and I had to have a shouting match with him to get him to turn around to go back to our hotel as he insisted on driving everywhere at 100mph despite me trying to direct him where to go.

Leo GBathroom was really disgusting, no toilet paper or soap. Bus was swaying back and forth making it really hard to sleep. At least it was air conditioned and I made it out alive
