Janie RSmooth process from start to finish. I was worried after reading the reviews but we picked our tickets up at the Samui Phantip office where they were very organised. Ferry was smooth and on time. Easy to locate the Krabi bus, it took a while to leave but nothing to complain about. Journey was fine, driver did not speed, and drove responsibly in heavy rain. We had backpacks and did not have to pay any extra to put them in the hold. The guy measured people's suitcases and large ones were charged 100 baht.

Amit SOur ticket was from Koh Samui to Krabi bus terminal. Ferry + bus connection, While the ferry and bus services were good but after getting down from ferry, we had to wait for almost 30 mins for bus. However, we reached on time at Krabi bus terminal

Jamie LThe transition from Phantip travel onto the ferry then to find the bus was very simple and well organised. We got on the bus then drove for 30 mins to the Phantip travel office, we then got off the bus and told the bus to our arrival location will pick us up in 20 minutes. We waited over 1.5 hours at the bus stop before they ended up putting another replacement service on for us so it made us arrive at Ao Nang very late compared to what time it should've been. If it was on time it would've been a great service/bus
