Amit SOur ticket was from Koh Samui to Krabi bus terminal. Ferry + bus connection, While the ferry and bus services were good but after getting down from ferry, we had to wait for almost 30 mins for bus. However, we reached on time at Krabi bus terminal

Jamie LThe transition from Phantip travel onto the ferry then to find the bus was very simple and well organised. We got on the bus then drove for 30 mins to the Phantip travel office, we then got off the bus and told the bus to our arrival location will pick us up in 20 minutes. We waited over 1.5 hours at the bus stop before they ended up putting another replacement service on for us so it made us arrive at Ao Nang very late compared to what time it should've been. If it was on time it would've been a great service/bus

Simon DSimple procedure. Collected 3 tickets 1hr before departure. Told where to walk for the pier and also shown a photo of the point to get on the bus. Ferry crossing all went well and instructed on arrival to bus area. At bus area, clearly told which bus for Au Nang. Smooth journey to Krabi bus terminal. On departing the bus instructed which van to board for Au Nang. We were dropped outside oir hotel. Seemless, smooth and very relaxed. Stunned given multiple transfers.
