Honestly, worst ride I took while travelling in SE Asia. The pick-up was 1h late and nobody answered our messages or calls, the seats were small and uncomfortable and some people had to sit in on even more uncomfortable seats that were hidden under the actual seats, the driver was completely careless, the client assistance completely non-existent. Wouldn’t do that again

I mean, they get you from A to B. But, my initial transfer was a scooter - for me and my bags. The bus was actually a van - that you usually see being used for the transfer. For the price you pay you have more comfortable alternatives.

We couldnt find the pick up point because at the adress 12go privided everything was closed. The company didnt respond via any of provided phone numbers. But we asked in a nearby shop and by chance they had a number of one of the workers and could help us get the ride.

I booked my ticket in advance so I could get a proper seat. The large van arrived late. It was full. The driver assembled a small seat beside the regular seats. I told him I have probably paid more than everyone else in the bus and wanted a proper seat. He ignored me at first. But after talking to someone outside, he asked another passenger to switch his seat with me. Which that man did. The driver stopped 3 or 4 times on the way to Ha Long Bay to drop off people and pick up new people. I thought it was supposed to be a direct ride??!!
