The second bus was comfy and on time as well. We even arrived earlier than expected. Perfect!

Achim SThe trip was advertised with pictures of a van showing very comfortable single seats with armrests and a lot of legroom. However when we wanted to take a seat, the operator advised us to seats in the back row which had a lot less space and no armrests on the side. Obviously the seats were pre defined by the operator but not selectable during the 12go booking process and not mentioned in the booking confirmation. Very bad experience! We should have booked the trip directly with the operator to be able to select one of the good seats.

Marie BOperator on Time, about 3h30 to go to Can tho agency instead of the airport. They propose us a taxi from the agency to go to the airport for 30.000 VND. Don’t worry, we stopped the bus few Times to depose people, it seems to be normal in Vietnam et we arrive on Time.
