Driver was quite rude and took the bends very fast. We had one toilet stop extremely early in the trip, and then that was it. It was hard to understand if it was a toilet stop or not and I thought we might get left behind so I stayed on the bus. Seatbelt kept jamming and pinning me to the bed. We arrived 2 hours early and nothing was open.
However, beds were fairly comfy, you get a waffle and a bottle of water and a pillow with blanket. Nice selection of lighting in the cabin 🤷♀️

Kevin HThe bus trip was good, but the AnAnh contact, I presume Viviany, I found rude. The vouchers departure time was 09:00. I was told no that’s wrong. The email I received had to check in at 09:15 for a 10:00 departure. At 09:03 I received a message from her asking where I was, I told her I was a couple of minutes away and was told to “hurry up, 5 minutes” This annoyed me no end, especially after waiting 20 for the shuttle bus.

Hannah SStaff were very helpful at the pickup Point.
Cabin was quite small but big enough (for me at 165cm), no Space to Keep the cabin luggage except for the foot area. Everybody got a complementary water.
We arrived on time.

Orna MDriver beeped the whole ride and drove very fast. We reached our destination 2 hours early with no where to go to at this time. We also were unable to sleep due to the continuous beeping of the vehicle and the speed as to which the vehicle traveled at. The limited English/translations left us unsure of when to get off the bus and when various stops occurred.

Phillip BDriver was on time. Helped with bags. Car was comfortable. Driver stopped halfway when we asked at rest area. He drove very aggressively and was consistently honking and passing other cars for the 4 hour trip. He won the race. We felt a bit nauseous when we arrived. He helped with our bags when we arrived in da lat.
