The bus was filthy . It had cockroaches in the back 2 rows coming out of the window and paneling. The rug had bugs . The roof top had a safety door that was not covered and was loose . Hot air continued to blow in .

Long delays due to roadworks, which wasn’t the drivers fault and he did try to make up the time. Chaotic boarding and poor information. Bus was dirty with lots of empty water bottles on floor and seats were dirty.
