It was so bad and u fair. The operator wanted us to pay 20€ extra because we’re the only passengers that booked that time to Marrakesh. We offered to wait u til the next people that booked but he said it’s not allowed so we still need to pay 20€ extra for nothing. The operator was not helpful at all to fixed the problem he just keep saying to cancel and book again.the driver was good and trying to help but the operator was so bad!!!😡

The booking had a picture of a VW bus. Instead we got a small blue taxi without Aircon and very used/damaged. We were unable to have seatbelts on due to lack of it.

The journey was comfortable, air conditioning worked, seat belts worked, the journey was on time. There was a 20 min break half way through at a nice cafe with toilets.

The ride from Essaouira to Marrakesh went smoothly and quickly. However, the driver had a hot temper. That’s why I didn’t feel safe, especially in Marrakesh. He also dropped me off in the middle of the medina, claiming there were no roads accessible by car leading to my riad—which was simply untrue, since cars were driving right past me nearby. I had to lug my heavy suitcase around for about 15 minutes in 36°C heat. Not a pleasant experience!

I had to have my ticket confirmed at a booth inside the bus station which was not a problem , but I didnt know I had to do this, so thank God I came early . I had to pay 10dhm (which I know is nothing )to have my bag put in the luggage hold and protected ..of course it was not protected!! The bus was dirty and there was no air conditioning during the first part of the journey .Sometimes it was on , sometimes off.Even the locals where pissed off and finally it states there was wifi ...there wasn't. The lesson learnt is that it is better to spend more on a good company and service.
