The bus was late. The bus was due to depart at 7 am but did not even arrive until 715am . It was a transfer to the airport and time was therefore crucial. There were other people also waiting for the bus. 4 of us decided that if it hadnt come by 720 we would book and share an Uber It was a worrying and stressful situation as we did not want to miss our flight.

I thought it was a shuttle bus from the bus terminal to the airport. It was like a normal bus. Comfortable bus. Being advertised as a shuttle bus when it stopped at many stops along the route.

Not advertised as a normal bus route with many many stops!! When I purchase the split bus garage to split airport the journey planner confirmed 14:00 - 14:34. This is rubbish, the bus is not direct and picks up passenger's along the way. There was no traffic en route yet the journey took almost double the time, 62 minutes. We just about made the check-in for our flight!! Do not use this company book the direct airport bus instead, it’s the same price!!! When I purchased the Split Bus Garage to Split Airport tickets, the journey planner stated 14:00 - 14:34 was the journey time. This is absolute rubbish, this bus is not a driver bus, it’s a stopping service, that picks up and drops off passengers not requiring the airport along the way. There was no traffic yet the journey took almost double the time, 66 minutes we almost missed the check in for our flight. Book with the official airport shuttle service which is the same price and direct!!

We caught our flight! The bus was late. It was not clear where the bus departed from. Several other people were equally confused. After several worrying attempts to find out what was happening someone told us it was usually late as it comes from Trogyr. Also we were led to believe it was a direct shuttle but it made several stops.

Confused at bus station. Coach was fine and ride was fine. Clean and comfy. Driver couldn’t speak any English. Hard to find which coach to get. Utter chaos at the bus station and no one to ask. Sign was very small logo. Worried we were going to miss the coach even though we were there!

Don’t use. Nice bus. This is a local commuter service to take workers.It makes many stops.Bags have to go on board.Had to change buses.If you are a traveller going from Trogir to Split Ferry Port don’t use this service.Driver could not scan my bar code and didn’t understand paper copy download.It is not a direct service to Ferry Port for travellers.

I took a bus from Trogir to Split but they didn’t accept my ticket voucher. I had to pay again. I had to pay again and then a taxi to the right bus terminal to catch a connecting bus to Mostar. No one at the station to help you and the drivers are not helpful. I didn’t have an pleasant experience.

Confusing bus livery. Bus left on time. The bus I had booked, and subsequently missed, had Flixbus on the side in fairly large letters so I unfortunately wrongly assumed it wasn't the bus I was waiting for. I realised too late that there was another company's name in smaller lettering which was the company I was looking for but by then it had pulled away from the bus station. I can only assume the Flixbus signage was an advert. This was my third bus of the day and thankfully I knew of the number of a local bus line that would take me back to Split, but obviously at additional expense. The two previous buses from the same rival company had very clear names and colouration making it easy to distinguish them from the multitude of vehicles at the bus station. I had seen the poor review status for this bus company before booking but thought I would give them a try, I now wish I had either stuck to the same company for all three journeys or taken more notice of the various names on the bus I missed.

Double Payment- the driver would not accept the online payment already made and required cash. Overall was good value if only had to pay once. That bus driver didn’t accept the online payment previously made.

Awful experience! The bus driver approved my eticket. Another man came demanding to see my ticket. The man who demanded to see my ticket was upset when I could not get my bar code to appear. I pulled 20 euro from my purse to pay again for the ticket 2.40 euro. That man grabbed my 20 euro and refused to give it back to me. I yelled at him to give it nack and he ignored me. I tried to pull it out of his hands and he moved away. People sround me were appalled. I tried to tell the bus driver, and he waved me away. Also on this bus a man came up to me and demanded I give up my seat, which I felt I had to do. I am 75 years of age! He was wery rude. Many people had to stand in the aisle. I would like my money returned to me!!

Confusing Instructions. If we’d have found the bus stop in Split we’d have been happy. However the map sent us to the wrong bus stop and the bus drove by without stopping. Unclear instructions as to where to find the bus in Split. The attendant at the bus terminal sent us to a stop by the ferry port - as it said on our instructions. But the bus drive past and the driver waved us away when we asked it to stop. We had to get an Uber. Not happy.

Choose the correct bus. The return trip from Trogir to Split was perfect. The trip to Trogir (the first half of our ticket) was a disaster. We were unaware (and not informed by Getbybus) that the bus station was used by many bus lines and you MUST get on the correct bus company or the ticket is not valid. Instead of the direct I had paid for, we ended up on a local (37 stops!) and had to pay again. Live and learn but too late.
