Anonymous Good ride one way, terrible the other. I took this bus from Sarajevo to Neum. The bus route leaves at a comfortable and practical time, both to and from Sarajevo, compared to most alternatives that leave in the middle of the night. It has a nice amount of stops to get some air and food along the way. (although a stop in Jablanica would have been perfect, like many competing companies do, but thats highly personal) Didn't have to pay a fee for a luggage in the hold, and the bus left Sarajevo at a proper time, with plenty space onboard. The return from Neum to Sarajevo was terrible. The bus was two hours late. Trying to call Globtour for information was useless, we were first told the bus would be there 10 minutes late. Then they couldn't reach the bus driver, then the phone line was shut off. 1h40min later we were called back and told the bus would be there in 20 minutes. This meant no estimates of when the bus would arrive at all during the wait, and we therefore had to spend two hours of waiting at the bus stop, instead of in the Adriatic ocean that just so happens to be located nearby. Good business for the nearby kiosk and grocery store I suppose, who probably had their all time peak sales of drinks in that timespan. Some other complaints in no particular order: - Bus driver was annoyed by the delay complaints and took this out on the passengers boarding by being rude - Broken aircondition blasting permanent cold air (both ways) - No system in the luggage hold, good luck digging your suitcase out.

Anonymous Needs improvments. Everything on paper was good. Travel to neum was fine with 2 stops. The bussride back from Neum never happend on your buss. 17:30 was the appointed time for departure from Neum. 18:30, no buss was in sight. I hand to use a diffrent travel angency for our travel back to Sarajevo. Witch led to a change of plans for our hotel stay that very day. (Extra cost). The stop at neum was short, bearly had any time to diskuss about the bussride to Sarajevo with the driver. If i didint speak the language (kroatian), we would most likely had been there for an another day with extra costs. Im not expecting any refound, however. Depending on how you will handle this information for future refrence. I might not use your travel angency again!
