I thought that we would depart at 13:30, but we had to wait for other guests to be ready, and it was rainy as well, so we started around 14:00. In stead of going on a minivan, we took a a bus which was more comfortable. Finally, we arrived to Vang Vieng earlier than the itinerary. Anyway, the service was great and departing a bit late was not a big problem.

Comfortable and good ride. Hotel to hotel - worries free travel. There was more people, so they got us a proper bus. We arrived an hour late, as expected in Laos.

Pünktlich wurden wir von einem Tuck Tuck am Hotel abgeholt und zu einem Sammelpunkt gebracht. Auch dort ging es dann pünktlich los nach Vang Vieng. Es ging über die Autobahn u d daher war die Fahrt sehr entspannt und auch am Ziel sind wir pünktlich angekommen.

Today I took a bus with your company at 11:30 to Van Vieng. The staff first put us in a van and then they told us that we had to get off to wait until 12:00 and leave things inside. My backpack is on the seat next to the chofer seat.
The staff kept our luggage in the van and we got in... and then they made us get off because we had to wait until 12:00 to leave. And all of us who climb on that go leave our belongings inside.
The staff took advantage of the fact that it had started to rain and they sat us in an area where we had no vision of the van. And that's where they took the opportunity to steal my money. Please speak to your staff and they will return it to me.
They told us that they would be insured but they took 550€ from me. Please contact the staff who were there this morning and return my money because otherwise I will go to the police office to report this fact.
I don't want to report it to the police because I know that the penalties here are very high for robberies. And I'm trying to manage it amicably with you
My belongings were right in the seat next to the driver because I was going to go in front. Please I don't want to cause problems for anyone but I need my money back. I realized that I was missing it when I went to exchange the money for the local currency
Here in Laos it's very difficult to get a site where they exchange euros € for the local currency. In every office there are cameras and it will be very easy to find out who changed euros. I prefer to be friendly and work it out peacefully and privately.

(This is for the Vientiane -> Vang Vieng bus/van). It was okay. It was not the same van/bus as the picture, it was much older. But it worked so I don’t really care. Our hotel was out of the pick up area so we went to the sarah transport office (near veintiane night market area) 30min before the time it was scheduled for like we were told. We didnt end up getting picked up until 30min after the initial time we were given - so we were there waiting for almost an hour. Didn’t bother us, but that information just wasn’t clear. We were fine waiting there though, there was outlets to charge our phone and it was cool in the building.
