從 寧平 到 河內市的小巴

巴士晚点一个多小时才来接我们，而且把我们放在离预定下车点3公里远的地方。司机开车很危险，态度也很恶劣。

Bus was over an hour late to pick us up, we were dropped off 3km away from scheduled drop off point. Driver drove dangerously and was rude.

*准时出发，虽然有点难以辨认正确的巴士。*换乘时间很短，只需等待10分钟。*第二辆巴士非常舒适（座椅宽敞舒适，有充电插座、饮用水、空调，车内非常干净）。*司机服务非常好。

*Pünktliche Abfahrt auch wenn es etwas verwirrend war den richtigen Bus zu erkennen. *Kleiner Buswechsel mit 10 Minuten Wartezeit. *Zweiter Bus war sehr komfortabel (bequeme & große Sitze, Steckdose zum Laden, Wasser, Klimaanlage, sehr sauber im Bus) *Sehr guter Fahrer

首先，在出发前两小时我们被告知巴士已超额预订。门票都卖完了，我们怎么订票呢？然后他们可以（在坚持之后）为我们预订几小时后的巴士。当我们想要乘坐巴士时，接送点周围有很多混乱，一位女士打电话说他们可以在酒店接我们，然后一位男士通过 WhatsApp 写信说我们需要去办公室。这对我们来说确实压力很大。最后，巴士提前 30 分钟出发，并附有催促的说明和那位女士的 5 个电话，行程花了 3.5 小时而不是 1.5 小时。另外两对夫妇可以在他们的酒店接他们并等待，但我们不能。为什么？？真的很糟糕的经历而且不可靠。

First we were contacted two hours before leaving that the bus is overbooked. How could we book then when all tickets are already sold?? Then they could (after insisting) book us on a bus there hours later. When we wanted to leave to the bus there was a lot of confusion around the pickup point, a woman called and said they could pick us up at the hotel, then a man wrote via WhatsApp that we need to go to the office. It was really stressy for us. In the end the bus left 30min early with pushy notes and five calls of the woman and the trip took 3,5h instead of 1,5h. Also two other couples could be picked up at their hotel and be waited for but we couldn't. Why?? Really bad experience and not reliable.

大巴晚点了 45 分钟，面包车的味道非常难闻。它先去了机场，然后才去河内市。司机因为交通堵塞而非常紧张，把我们扔在了离酒店 20 分钟路程的路边。他们说会把我们送到目的地。令人失望的是，同一家公司把我们送到了三谷，而且一切都很完美。

The bus was 45 minutes late & the minivan smelled really bad. It went to the airport before going to Hanoi city. The driver got really stressed because of traffic and dumped us on the side of the road 20 minutes from our hotel. They said we'd be dropped to our location. Disappointing because the same company drove us to Tam Coc and it was perfect.

我们预订的路线需要换乘两次巴士，这一点事先没有任何说明。第一辆车晚点了15-20分钟。司机不会说英语。巴士和预订时的图片完全不符。司机以惊人的速度飞驰而去——喇叭声此起彼伏。幸运的是，第一段路程并不长。然后，没有任何预兆，我们又换乘了一次巴士。第二辆车和图片上的一模一样，而且只有我们两个人。车厢干净舒适，甚至还有按摩功能。最后，我们不得不换乘一辆普通轿车完成最后一段路程……我们最终准时到达了目的地。所以，这次旅行可谓喜忧参半????

Für die gebuchte Strecke mussten wir 2* den Bus wechseln, was nirgendwo angegeben war. Der erste Bus war 15-20 Minuten zu spät. Der Fahrer sprach kein Englisch. Der Bus entsprach den Bildern bei der Buchung nicht. Der Fahrer raste mit einem krassen Tempo los - die Hupe war in Dauerbetrieb. Zum Glück war dieser erste Abschnitt nicht lang. Dann wurde (ohne Ankündigung) der Bus gewechselt. In dem zweiten Bus, der den Bildern entsprach waren wir dann nur zu zweit. Der Bus war sauber und komfortabel. Sogar mit Massage Funktion. Am Ende mussten wir für den letzten Abschnitt noch einmal in einen normalen PKW umsteigen... Wir sind dann pünktlich am Ziel angekommen. Es war also durchwachsen 😉

我们不得不换两次车。我们的其中一辆车里有蚂蚁。服务很好，因为我们可以通过 WhatsApp 联系轻松更改出发时间。

We had to change twice the car. In one of the cars we‘ve had ants. The service was good, because we could change our departure time easily via WhatsApp contact.

出发很准时。巴士没有在预定的河内地点停靠，但司机立即帮我们叫了出租车并付了钱。

Pünktliche Abfahrt. Haben in Hanoi nicht an der gebuchten Stelle gehalten, der Busfahrer hat uns aber umgehend ein Taxi organisiert und gezahlt.

The driver was crazy. This went far beyond the usual Vietnamese driving style. His behavior was very dangerous: he repeatedly tried to overtake other trucks in risky situations and had to brake suddenly when he realized it wasn't possible. It felt extremely unsafe. The driver was on time, and we even arrived earlier than expected, which is not surprising given how fast he was driving. However, the air conditioning wasn't strong enough for a full minivan. The first way (Hanoi to Ninh Binh) was way better and safer. Communication by WhatsApp is very nice.
