Matias GWas very difficult to contact the tour operator, they do not answer whatsapp or electronic mail, making the coordination of the pick up location an unnecessary stress on holidays; and the day of pick up, the driver wrote to ask if i can go to another hotel to win time, he arrived at our hotel 2 hours passed the acordated hour, drived to fast because he was late and charge diesel with all passengers on it. Obviously we arrived late to the fast boat and all plans was postergated.

Matthew LGood experience, we got picked up 30 mins before the pick up time to ensure we caught the ferry due to traffic.
+ Comfortable vehicle we were picked up in.
+ nice cafe next door to booking office with reasonable prices.
+ enough seating indoors at the port with large fans to help with the heat.
+ comfortable ferry with good air con and deck chairs upstairs for those who wanted to sunbathe.
- had to pay 30,000 IDR per person, not the 10-20,000 as stated on the ticket.

Raymond On the booking site iwas given a pickup point nearly 6 miles away,,when their was a pick up point about 250 meters away rom my hotel luckly the driver texted me.otherwise i would have given them 3 stars.

Milena It was not a very pleasant experience! Firstly, the pick-up was supposed to be at 10:30 p.m. and was postponed to 9:15 a.m. Secondly, the driver drove very fast and dangerously, bypassing any regulations, I might add that there were no seatbelts in the car. We arrived at the port already at 12 o'clock, and our boat transport was supposed to be at 1:30 p.m. We had to wait in the heat for the boat, which as it turned out was only at 2 p.m..
