Pünktlich wurden wir von einem Tuck Tuck am Hotel abgeholt und zu einem Sammelpunkt gebracht. Auch dort ging es dann pünktlich los nach Vang Vieng. Es ging über die Autobahn u d daher war die Fahrt sehr entspannt und auch am Ziel sind wir pünktlich angekommen.

We booked for 9am and had to call the hotline 1.5 hours later to ask why we weren't picked up. Apparently the time was wrong and the shuttle wouldn't leave until 12:00. After calling, we were picked up very quickly by a private car and then had to spend another hour in the vicinity of the shuttle before we could start. The shuttle itself was perfectly fine and we arrived at our destination quickly. Watch your stuff! My hat was kindly put on my seat, but unfortunately the shuttle was not taken, but another one. So my hat is gone now.

Wir haben für 9 Uhr gebucht und mussten 1,5 Stunden später bei der Hotline anrufen und erfragen, wieso wir nicht abgeholt wurden. Scheinbar stimmte die Zeit nicht und das Shuttle würde erst 12 Uhr losfahren. Wir wurden also nach dem anrufen sehr schnell abgeholt von einem privat PKW und mussten dann in der Umgebung des Shuttels noch eine Stunde verbringen bis es los ging. Das Shuttle selbst war vollkommen in Ordnung und wir waren auch zügig am Ziel angekommen. Achtet auf eure Sachen! Mein Hut wurde freundlicherweise auf mein Platz gelegt, leider wurde aber nicht mit dem Shuttle gefahren sondern mit einem anderen. Demnach ist mein Hut nun weg.

Our hotel was out of the pick up area so we went to the sarah transport office (near veintiane night market area) 30min before the time it was scheduled for like we were told. We didnt end up getting picked up until 30min after the initial time we were given - so we were there waiting for almost an hour. Didn’t bother us, but that information just wasn’t clear. We were fine waiting there though, there was outlets to charge our phone and it was cool in the building.

Sadly I was missed in hotel transfer pickup. When I messaged asking what time I would be picked up (20 minutes after specified pickup time), they responded that they are already on their way to the destination and asked if I was picked up. I said no.
They then said they were on their way back, and I was picked up, however that transport operator was not Family Service, so I am not quite sure what happened there...
End of the day I got to where I was going
