Because of a lot of reason, it is normal that boats getting late. When you go to the harbour, you will understand what I mean. So if boat delays, it is normal.
Also I just show my voucher and got my ticket. I was on the boat list, so didn’t face any problem.

Sanur - Nusa lembongan: Boat 60-70% full (watas semaya one 77, not referenced on AIS websites like vesselfinder). Sell coke and beer bintang aboard. 8:20 group move from shop to harbor/boat, no port tax, left sanur 08:40 (scheduled 08:30). lembongan stop 09:30 (scheduled 09:00), offboard on beach (water up to knee, sometimes higher).
Overall, even if seats are a bit tight, fine for short trip.

I booked online the day before and I got instant confirmation. The office was easy to find. I checked in 1 hour before departure. Staff was helpful and brought our bags directly to the boat. It was a 5 min walk to the harbour and boat left on time. It was a 30 min smooth ride. Make sure you wear suitable footware as you get off the boat in the water. Staff helps you with luggage and can arrange transfer to your hotel. It is cheaper to buy online than directly at the office.
