It was suppose to arrive at 18:15 and we only arrive at our destination at 19:30. It was a critical situations as other persons were waiting for us and we choose this bus because of the travel time, otherwise we would be book it in other way.

Although appearing chaotic at the station, it is actually fairly organised. You need to make sure you purchase a separate ticket for your bags to get loaded in the storage area. You do this at a separate office by the side of the main station. 12Go is a useful app to help you get tickets. Communication was good too.
