I was a bit apprehensive by the "we'll confirm in 24 hours or longer" initial email, as we had only bought the tickets the day before our travels. But I needn't have worried. A few hours later the tickets were emailed over. When we arrived at the bus station from our plane, we had the best seats on the bus, which was completely sold out, so we wouldn't have been able to get on board without this service. They just made us buy a couple of mandatory "luggage tickets" for putting our bags in the hold. First-rate service!

Bus was scheduled at 15.15 but left at 16pm
Inside was cooking hot, airco just blew hot air.
Police was called because of big discussion on the bus between passengers and the man responsible for the tickets.
People on the bus were friendly though

We got a nice car from the hotel to take us to a minibus (about 20 seats). The journey took just under 5 hours with 2 stops on the way. The seats were comfortable. I would recommend but allow for more time than it says on the booking confirmation.
Despite the ticket clearly saying our baggage was included, the INCREDIBLY rude man refused to read our ticket and charged us extra for baggage. Bus was hot and most people were rude.

Bus left half an hour later than scheduled after waiting for people who arrived late. Other than that it was a fairly straightforward journey. Driver stops for a break halfway at a store that charges ripoff prices.

The MPV/minivan we ordered was in use on another job, so we had a 15 seat luxury minibus for four of us. It looked brand new though, and was really comfy, with the best air conditioning we’ve had all holiday!
