We did not arrive at our exact destination at the time indicated. The transfer from the fast boat at Penida to a small boat was too long and difficult. We were dropped off at Lembongan on the wrong side and the exit point was hazardous and unacceptable.

Lombok side was very organised and has no issues at all. We were travelling to nusa lembongan and When we arrived at nusa penida we were told to exit the boat and collect our bags as we needed to get a smaller boat. Not a problem in itself but we had to go through the water to board the boat where the staff didn’t help with our big bags We arrived almost 2 hours later than expected at the wrong port which caused a problem for our transfer to the hotel.

The boat and the drive was good. Our cloths in our luggage was wet with saltwater, because the not use a protection for the luggage. That was really bad.

Bumpy ride but we arrived safely. Waves looked menacing and the boat was rocking from side to side for a good 30 minutes. Would have appreciated a safety talk from staff at the beginning. They seemed more interested in selling beers and pringles.
