Everything was great. We left on time, boat was comfortable and the crew was very friendly and helpful. The trip goes via the Gilis to Lombok and took us about 3hrs in total. We also booked a transfer to Kuta directly at the check-in which was fairly priced with 400k for 2 persons and worked perfectly fine

Average. Didnt have to wait for the boat, but we arrived two hours later then schedule. No AC and no toilet on board. Also no communication.

It’s 2 hours late cuz we have to transfer to a bigger boat at Nusa Penida and stop over at many places to pick up more passengers. No one has informed any passengers on the boat that we have to transfer to the bigger boat so everyone was shocked. And there was not enough seats for everyone.

It took over 4,5h to get to Bangsal from Nusa Lembongan. The boat stops, drops of people and fully reload at Nusa Penida, Gili T, Gili Air and then to Bangsal

The “fast boat” is not fast at all Was saying 2 hours on 12go, in reality it took us 4.5 hours, was late, then we had to change boat at some point, very crowded and no A/C

The trip didn’t go directly to Bangsal. We stopped at Nusa Penida an two Gili Islands first. No one told us about the delay. We arrived after 3 hours instead of 1,5. There weren’t enough seats for everyone. No apologies from anyone.
