The boat was okay, the weather was a bit windy but we did manage. Then we took a minibus to another bus. The staff on the sleeperbus was very rude and they refused to stop when we asked them to. The overall trip was okay but the staff was not!!!

Was not told about the multiple transfers. Boat from koh rong to sihanoukville was good. Everyone kind. Bus from sihanoukville to kampot good. But was unaware of a transfer. Got on another bus from there and then after a stop, was dropped at border to Vietnam. Everything good there. Except for the seatbelts being broken. Waited on Vietnam side for a while. Cafe i was told to wait in was hell and everyone that worked there was an absolute disgrace. Nothing to do with the company, but id avoid. Another van brought me from border to bus station. And then had to get on a Sleeper. Which is where majority of my rating comes in. There is no other way to describe the driver of the Sleeper bus other than an ignorant asshole. Slamming on breaks. Constantly honking. Then screamed at me when I asked for toilet. Zero communication skills. Maybe let your drivers know that screaming doesnt = understanding. Disgusting behavior. Was also 2hrs late.

Driver fell asleep at the wheel and we crashed into a lamppost. Not to mention the 6 hour delay that had nothing to do with that incident. Only positive being the sleeper bus was single beds.

All in all the vehicles (Ferry, Van and Bus) were ok, but the communication of the service team was awful! No one told us, if we had to get of the van in Phnom Penh or if we’re taking the same vehicle to Ho Chi Minh. And after we managed that somehow, crossing the boarder was…let’s say an adventure to not say it was a disaster. The guy almost yelled at us to get of the bus, left with our passports without a word and we didn’t know where to go or what to do. The companies definitely have to improve their communication!
