Beds were comfy and a blanket was provided. Also had a toilet in use which was great.
Arrived 10mins before departure time but bus didn’t leave til at least 30mins after.
Unclear about where you were supposed to go or be when you first arrived at the meeting point and drivers were not very friendly. Was unsure we were even on the correct bus until we had been on for 20 mins when they came and asked where you were going.
TV did not work, was told WiFi did not work.
One of the drivers was stood inside the doorway of the bus smoking before we left the station so the whole bus smelled of smoke.
Nearly impossible to sleep due to the erratic movement of the bus, unsure if this was due to the driving or the condition of the roads.

There had been an error at booking office of which type of bus I was getting on, but it was resolved and corrected, albeit a somewhat stressful situation
Very well organised despite the chaos around the station. The reps worked hard to ensure the right people were on the right buses. We travelled with a 5 and 8 yr old and although the 8 yr old had her own bed I was too anxious to leave her sleeping alone but we both slept fine in the same pod. (Being 163cm helped)

Company had good accommodation and picked us up from our hostel because the pickup point is far from the old quarter. The bus was comfortable but the ride itself was so bumpy. Decent value for the price and was one of the more convient times.
Didnt stop as planned. Drove super fast and jerky, swerving and braking a lot. Left 10 min late and arrived 2 hours early leaving us stranded in a small town with no taxis at 3am. This left us with very little sleep and ruined our next day.

Bad to start with due to address errors in Hanoi.
The address number 54. The lady didn’t recognize my ticket. She sent me a few doors down. This happened 3 times. Then advised your company had changed address to 1km down the road. This was also not correct. When the bus was due to depart I got a call saying are you at number 54. I was there 40 minutes early and got this run around .
This got sorted by the company with a free taxi to catchup at the buses next stop 15km away So it ended well. Thankyou
Clean and comfortable. The company staff and operator were all friendly and helpful.

Organization was a bit crazy - first bus company changed time of departure, then, when we arrived, we waited outside with a huge crowd and it was unclear which bus to take (found out that we have to look for license plate which was printed on our ticket to find correct but)
But actual bus ride was very comfortable (I am 1.86 m high) and bus driver did not constantly honk but was driving rather sane -- very contrary to everything we heard.
