The service provided by the organizer was good. However, the bus was late (45 minutes). The seats were cleaned. The display did not work, the air conditioning was very weak. We sat at the very back by the toilet. It smelled of toilet and it was very warm.
Shoes are not allowed on the bus. That was great.
You couldn't close the curtains completely at the window.
There were freshly laundered blankets. These smelled good. The journey was uncomplicated, quick and absolutely good value. Price and performance were right.
A little tip: don't sit in the back because of the toilet and the heat.

Transfer driver and staff who told us which bus to board were extremely rude. None spoke English, which was ok as we didnt speak Vietnamese either. BUT we knew when they swore at us in our face as they were frustrated that we didn't understand what they said
When boarding the bus, the driver and controller asked for our seat number. We were not told the seat number so we didn't have it but the driver insisted that we sat at the assigned seat that we didn't know. A Norwegian women said her number was 36 but that number didn't exist in the bus. Some passengers asked to change their seats, but it wasn't allowed, although nobody sat there. After all, we paid for the service and it was horrible. You should train your staff. Everyone should have empathy and recognize we have a language barrier. The attitude was bad, there was no need to be rude just because we didn't understand one another. Toilet at the food stop was incredibly poor.

Unfriendly bus driver who screamed at us and touched us, even we were awake already.
The bus was dirty and smelled like smoke.
Ich hatte eins der oberen Betten es gab für jeden ein paar Snacks und Getränke inklusive, die Toiletten waren auch ziemlich sauber.
Ich hatte auch Glück mit den anderen Fahrgesten in der Kabine, alle waren sehr rücksichtsvoll und nett. Eine überraschend angenehme Zugfahrt.
They change the bus and location of the departure. WhatsApp service help a little but sometimes informations missing. Bus arrived 40 min before the real time and go 5 min after.

At first, they sent us a pick-up location that was 300m from the point where the bus actually stopped and. They gave us the actual pick-up point shortly before the departure and we had to move there in a sudden hurry with full luggage in rain. The bus that picked us up was of the good standard. It was in accordance to the pictures attached to the offer (we intentionally paid more to get VIP conditions). However, after we had settled down a guy from the staff came to us and said that we shortly need to switch the bus. After half an hour we had to pack ourselves up and get on the other bus. The other bus was terrible. It was not even close to the bus on the pictures attached to the offer. The seats were narrower. Overall it was very dirty, pillows and blankets, if present at all, were stinky as if they had never been washed. The vents were broken so that they we were not able to close them up. When we complained about it to the staff they fix them by sticking a plastic bag into vents. The bottom line is, we believe we paid for the bus we were in at first but for some reason they moved us to the other bus of a lower standard.
first-class compartment is overpriced. For more than 130$ you have very poor breakfast and hot soft drinks and beer (that should be cold actually), no toiletries, no towel, even no trainman in our coach.

Arrives at pick up point where a minibus picked a handful of people and we then went to another location.
It took about 1h to get sorted and separated in buses but then we were on our way.
Ride was OK, seats were comfortable enough but a lot of beeping and movement meant I woke up several times overnight. Arrived to destination as advertised. Good value for money, would recommend the VIP one as it has charging points and newer seats. I'd use it again

C’était pas mal mais les photos ne correspondaient pas au bus, nous n’avions pas de rideaux et l’organisation à l’arrivée était un peu compliqué entre les bus.. ils ne parlent pas forcément anglais donc c’est pas toujours simple
