Wir hatten ein etwas modernere Abteil erwartet aber es war alles da und es hatte einen gewissen Charme. Die Fahrt war sehr entspannt und keineswegs anstrengend. Die Klimaanlage blies die ganze Nacht und es wurde recht kalt. Eine leichte Jacke ist nicht verkehrt. Es laufen ei ige Verkäufer durch und bieten viele Dinge an. Als Vegetarier sollte man sich etwas mitnehmen. Evtl. fertige Suppen. Aufgießen mit heißen Wasser ging im Zug. Es war eine abenteuerliche Reise und zu empfehlen. Das Bett war ok aber recht hart. 1.klasse Sleeper

When we tried to check in on the ”self check in machine” , it said that our booking was cancelled and that was a source of big stress for us, as we had planned and booked all the hotel and activities in Saigon .. The employees couldn’t find our tickets neither, as if they were not used to 12Go Asia e-tickets .. but at last the customer service employee was able to help us and print the right ticket that the other employees could use to check us in… we booked many Times with 12Go Asia and it was the first time we faced this problem ..

I booked VIP sleeper bus for 155€ and my expectations were much higher. Our vip section was near the bathroom and engine of the bus. It was hot inside the bus and vehicle was very old. Staff were nice and smiling but I would not book this bus again.
Operator was not on time and we waited for bus to start movement for 6 hours. In total we spent about 40 hours in the bus instead of 36

long line +1 hr. in front of the desk, didnt make the check in -40min. had to pay additional for a late ticket and wait 9 hours...had to pay extra for 3 kilos of overweight while I saw people carry double handluggage...

I was cold in the cabinet the first night. The second night the staff was willing to let me have another blanket. I expected better food. In the pho I had at the dining carriage, the meat in it was just hard skins with nothing to eat on them and impossible to chew it.
Get scammed at the start had to pay 200.000 Dong more. And the Bus throw us outside on the highway in HCM 20KM away from the Bus station 🤮

We were checking in by Viet who told us there is no such booking made. Then he found it but said that there is a problem with checking in luggage but then continued to weigh it. Then he said that I didn’t include my second name on the ticket and I have to go to customer desk to fix it. At the customer desk lady told us that she got information that our booking doesn’t exist and asked what help we needed. I showed her confirmation from 12Go.asia and then she said I have to pay extra to change the name which I did. With the receipt we went back to Viet where we waited for him to finish dealing with other passengers only to find out that our checking bags are not included and that we have to go back to SAME customer service desk to fix it.
We went back to same lady, paid again (over 600k) and again waited to go back to Viet who had our passports.
I understand the problem with not including second name (although other airlines did not have issues with it) and baggage policy which clearly we misunderstood but going back and forth was very unnecessary and stressful.
