Am Flughafen hat man uns gefragt, ob wir auf den früheren Flug umbuchen möchten. Hier gäbe es nur noch Sitze in der ersten Reihe, daher ein kleiner Aufpreis. Wir wollten zunächst beim gebuchten Flug bleiben, dieser war sann aber plötzlich verspätet, sodass wir doch Variante 1 genommen haben. Hier hat dann aber eigentlich alles gut geklappt

Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Personal am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Bus gelotst worden. Es war eine coole Erfahrung und es lief alles reibungslos. Wir haben zwischendurch längere und auch kürzere Bio-Pausen gemacht. Ich bin 178cm lang und hatte an sich noch bequem Platz. Jeder bekommt eine Decke in seine Kabine und auch Wasser steht dort bereit. Die Fahrt war schon etwas verrückt, aber wir konnten dennoch gut entspannen und zwischendurch auch Tiefschlaf haben. Gefühlt sind wir nämlich über die Straßen geflogen und jeder der uns in die Quere kam, wurde mit Hupen und Lichthupe signalisiert, dass wir es eilig haben. Das scheint hier im Verkehr aber normal zu sein. Der Fahrer hat uns rechtzeitig über alle Ereignisse oder Stops informiert.
Am Ende sind wir eine Stunde früher in Da Nang angekommen als geplant. War uns auch recht ;)
Wir können diese Tour vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis definitiv empfehlen und würden auch nochmal buchen.
Kleine Empfehlung: Nimmt euch ruhig etwas zum naschen und ein Nackenkissen mit.
Ladies in tbus office were nice, but for some reason they made me come to their office at 5,where I waited 45 minutes, then taxi drove me to the bus station where I waited another 45 minutes until bus finally left at 7 :15.
I bought tickets for 1st class. Either the system was making mistake, or if there was 1st class, I couldn't imagine what 2nd class would look like. (according the pictures, there is no difference...although in the price there is a little)
Better than expected. Ride was clean and toilet was bearable. The experience was enjoyable for the kids, and allowed quality time to be spent in conversations.
Service to get to the coach was good. Everything was done properly and on time.
The issue started with the cabin, which was filthy. We had to use wipes to clean the dirty footprints off the floor. The compartment above the door for bags, was also dirty. After about half an hour of cleaning we felt able to put our bags away.
There was a lamp and a fake plant on the table which were so dirty, we had to put them on the floor. Yes, the carriages are old and a bit noisy, but this is not a problems. We've travelled on trains in Africa. Cleaning is a basic function that was just not done and looked like it had not been done for some time. I cannot recommend this train service, especially for the €500 it cost.
Toilets and wash basins were clean.
Beds were simply too hard and uncomfortable.
We will have to do the return journey as we have booked it, but we won't use this service again. Far too dirty.
