Horrible. We will never come back.
They didn’t understand a word of English, we found the place by sheer luck because the directions they gave us were minimal, the place was unbearably cold even after turning off the air conditioning, our suitcases arrived covered in dust, the blankets were dirty — honestly, it was shameful.
First of all was giving the wrong time for the journey, was told be at meeting point at 19:30. Got a call at 18:00 asking where I was that the bus was waiting for me. I had messages proving the wrong time was sent to me but even when I got there 15 minutes later they were still giving out blaming me for their mistake.
The bus itself was clean and comfortable but the WiFi didn’t work and my charging point didn’t work unless charger was held in. There was also no toilet paper in toilet.
We made lots of stops only one where we were told to get off, they picked up passengers and packages. The total time was just over 16 hours and not the 14.5 we thought we were purchasing.
Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Personal am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Bus gelotst worden. Es war eine coole Erfahrung und es lief alles reibungslos. Wir haben zwischendurch längere und auch kürzere Bio-Pausen gemacht. Ich bin 178cm lang und hatte an sich noch bequem Platz. Jeder bekommt eine Decke in seine Kabine und auch Wasser steht dort bereit. Die Fahrt war schon etwas verrückt, aber wir konnten dennoch gut entspannen und zwischendurch auch Tiefschlaf haben. Gefühlt sind wir nämlich über die Straßen geflogen und jeder der uns in die Quere kam, wurde mit Hupen und Lichthupe signalisiert, dass wir es eilig haben. Das scheint hier im Verkehr aber normal zu sein. Der Fahrer hat uns rechtzeitig über alle Ereignisse oder Stops informiert.
Am Ende sind wir eine Stunde früher in Da Nang angekommen als geplant. War uns auch recht ;)
Wir können diese Tour vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis definitiv empfehlen und würden auch nochmal buchen.
Kleine Empfehlung: Nimmt euch ruhig etwas zum naschen und ein Nackenkissen mit.
Ladies in tbus office were nice, but for some reason they made me come to their office at 5,where I waited 45 minutes, then taxi drove me to the bus station where I waited another 45 minutes until bus finally left at 7 :15.
Never book with this company There was a major issue with our sleeper bus to da mang that we booked through 12go Asia first they were suppose to collect us at 6am they contacted us the night before and we confirmed we wanted to be collected from Hanoi city hall at 6am we waited and text until just after 6:30am and someone finally answered saying he got the address wrong he would send a car for us now then we got dropped by the driver outside some hotel asked what was going on nobody had an answer receptionist shooed us away and to wait outside kept ringing and texting the man who confirmed everything the night before he finally answered and said the bus was on the way did not get to us until 8am on the bus there was a couple that decided ro go into the pod together and made it very uncomfortable and the man only had on his underwear then we got brought to huê at 7:30 pm and told wait for a car barely any communication a car finally came with the driver and a random man inside me and my friend are stuck in the back with broken seat belts and all our bags the driver then proceeds to collect 3 more people we did not get to our accomodation until 10:45pm nearly 3 hours after we were suppose to arrive

bed was uncomfy and we were transferred with about bus which put us to the back part of the bus which is shaky. Hoping that you’ll give cabin number in advance not the bus operator who will just assign where are we going to seat. Also, the departure was delayed for 1 hour. No proper waiting area for the passengers.
It was good, bus was clean and lot of rest stops and scenic route but travel agent could have done better like taking our what’s app number and sending us bus number and being in contact with us and helping us with our queries but rather we were completely kept in dark
