Train was 3 hours late. The train is absolutely filthy. I'm not overly clean. To put in in perspective, I haven't cleaned my shoes in about 2 weeks and over a hundred miles through Southeast Asia and Europe. When I used a wipe, one swipe, on the headrest of my seat, it was dirtier than the wipe I used to clean the entirety of my shoe. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting, with pools of liquid on the floor at all times, which is brought out to the train. In my car, reserved 2nd class, there were 6 fully formed spider webs with spiders, dozens of mosquitos, 4 wasps, and hundreds of gnats. No one seemed to bat an eye so it seems like business as usual. Views weren't great either, because we were so late there was reduced day time for sights. As a plus, the food isn't really marked up.
