Mattias PI have traveled a lot in Thailand during the last couple of month and the transport has never been in time until now, it just wasn’t in time it was even early. This combined with a van with just 3 rows not 4 as in so many other. So you have plenty of space. By far the best transport company I haven seen in Thailand.

Nicola GWe asked to be picked up at 645am but the driver must have checked our train time and was there waiting for us. We were very relieved to see him with a name card for us as there were many people trying to sell us taxis, tickets etc.
We were surprised to have a whole mini van to ourselves with air conditioning and the driver had plenty of water for us too. Seat belts for us and our little one.
It was also a very scenic journey through jungle and fields. We were dropped directly at our accommodation.
Such a great experience, thank you! Highly recommend!

Jan KThe driver was waiting for us at the airport, the drive to the pier took around an hour. Then the boat ride took something around an hour too, we had a short stop at Koh Mook to drop off some other travelers. Overall it was well organized and quick, we didn't have to worry about anything, we were taken from the airport straight to our resort on Koh Kradan.

Annie GThe van from Ao Nang beaches to Park Meng pier was great and the long tail boat driver was very safe he decided to go back to the pier after several minutes on the sea as too many waves and wind. A speed boat brought us to Koh Ngai. Arrival at Koh Ngai was very rough but funny !

Marc LDriver could not find our hotel in Patong for some time though I provided an accurate address. I received several calls from 12Go in this regard and even handed my phone over to a Thai speaking person at our hotel so she could give directions. Once we were picked up our (3 hr ride) was fine.
