门票推销员讲得不好。通过电话和脸部不愿意为2个小时的汽车服务，而不是在Songkran期间。而且不是一个人坐着在楼上预订坐在底楼。因为通过网络预订他说他跨越了另一个人。坐在一对座位上仍然很好。薄和小的毯子（非常冷的空气）。不能靠在座位上，因为您必须体贴后面的人（座椅经常），睡得好，脖子疼痛，没有脖子枕头快速的驾驶员是危险的。不饱满，没有质量最后，提前保留票。但是，不知道是否去网站时会上车，必须打电话再次确认我们可以实际预订座位

The bus didn't go to Mo chit station. They wanted me to take a motorcycle to go to another place to take the bus. I refused. The bus came to Mochit Bus Station, but I had to wait outside for it. The bus was not that comfortable either.

The bus was late to depart and late to arrive by a couple of hours. It was no where near as comfortable as our previous trips with other company for the same price. Overall not the worst but not the best. I would use again no problem.

We traveled with our bicycles and contacted Chan Tours right after booking to ask if taking them along was possible. We never received a reply, so we arrived early on departure day to clarify everything in person. We were told that transporting the bikes was possible for an extra fee. We had expected a charge of around 60–130 THB, as commonly mentioned online. However, we were given a “quotation” of 1,400 THB – the same price as our two tickets combined. We tried to negotiate, as this seemed extremely overpriced. The staff claimed that our bicycles would block two seats and therefore reduce the number of passengers. Otherwise, our tickets would be cancelled. In the end, we managed to negotiate the fee down to 1,000 THB, partly because we tried to be understanding. When the bus arrived, the bicycles were simply loaded into the luggage compartment like normal baggage. At that point, the high extra fee was no longer justified. We were told that “this is how it always works,” which we find hard to believe. Apart from this issue, the bus itself was comfortable. The seats reclined well, and we received a small blanket, water, and a snack.

Going out was fine the assistant helped me a great deal. Coming back the staff just confused everyone not just myself. I was lucky my wife stayed to make sure I was ok. Unfortunately both directions passengers next to me were awful ( not your mistake) Going out had a Danish man next to me who snored so badly and fidgeted. Return were a Thai couple who spent hours clipping nails. I was surprised as they were Thais.

We couldn’t sleep all night because the toilet smell was so bad, and we felt there wasn’t enough oxygen. Also, one of the drivers had very poor driving skills—the car kept shaking and made us feel very dizzy.

when buying it was info about departure time at 22:05 and arrival at 7:00am After i came to checkin they said departure time is 23:30. Finaly it was at Midnight. Difference between 23:30 and midnight is acceptable but i dont know why 12go was selling bus for 22:05 Arrival time was at 6:00am with also supriced me. Looks like u r selling completly different trip :) I am using your website from time to time, but this is first time this kind of problem arrise. The bus was 1.5 hours late. Ladies at the ticket office were trying to put me in a different seat despite I booked a very good seat online. They just ignored it crossed out the seat number on my ticket and replaced it with their own. Only after I noticed and complained they corrected. It looked like it was done deliberately.

Fantastically luxurious experience. The seats are very comfortable and recline almost into a lying position, there's a pillow attached to them, the crew is nice, they provide a blanket, some food and water. Every seat has a screen attached to it. The bus was a little late, but this is Thailand. One of the nicest trips I've done.

Buss delayed half an hour, only information in Thai at the busstation, very helpful staff, got on the right bus, traffic horrible in Bangkok, 2 extra hours to get out, highway closed, 3 extra hours, detour, the delay is not chan tours fault, I got to khon kaen, in an old but comfortable buss, I will go by buss again ,

Bus was a bit old but very confortable seats. The route and pilot very safe and professiobal. The snacks they provide is crap, but this doesnt mean to me. The only annoying thing is that air conditioning was at max for all the trip and inside the bus was unnecessarely cold (if freezing) so please bring some warm clothes.

Stars are for the very comfortable seats and working wifi. Unfortunately sat on aisle seat so no air con above or reached me which made a very hot 10 hour journey. Also the same for the plug sockets. Bus would make random stops without explanation. I got off to use toilet and bus left without checking that I'd returned! Had to call driver and have him return.

Very comfortable seats reclined to an almost full flat position what allowed a nice sleep during a 12 hours ride. No wifi service available as opposed to the descirption.
