Was 20 minutes late which is totally fine! But was more booked tickets than seats. Had to sitt on upper deck which was open. This ment that the Waves were smashing up on us. EVERYTHING was soaking wett and had to put towels obove our heads to be able to have our eyes open. This would be fine on a small trip. But hardly barable on a two hour boattrip.

Great! Boat was 15min delayed but that is normal (no one can control the ocean and its condition!). Boat trip was as mentioned 1.5h. aircon was working well, seats were comfy, it was not overly crowded,... Just great experience!

Departure were 50min after schedule, and arrival were 2hours after schedule, even though the sea were pretty calm, and almost no wind. But tickets were super-cheap and the check-in people were nice and smiling. Leg-room was normal for these types of boats.

Had the pay extra for surfboards, while it's free on other companies. Also took two hours instead of the 90 minutes announced, I don't know why they wouldn't tell you two hours from the start.

There was no fresh air in the room where everybody could sit, so we decided to sit in the back, where are no seats, but fresh air. But as always it is just mass processing and the staff is always not really kind.
