First, the bus driver was very competent, very nice and cool. As one could trust his driving skills, he drove very well and I could sleep very well, if not the few stops for breaks, but overall I slept nicely through the 8hr ride.
One thing about this site;
It seems to not give exact details on how to get to the bus station and which busnumber the bus has. So it was a nerve breaking rushing and searching, even the ways to the bus stations are being closed because it's a underground mall and it will close its ways and floors at 0am (and the bus was at 0.14 am)

The bus was not comfortable, the curtains did not close properly, the other curtain that separated me and the passenger to my right was small, I could see him sleeping.

My leg was very painful after sitting on the bus for such a long time and I had to stretch my legs often.
It will be good if on arrival at each destination, the bus captain inform passengers of the place by showing of the card with the name of the place written in English and Mandarin, as not every passenger is Japanese.

About as much as you can expect for the very reasonable price. Staff were all very helpful though.

The service was really poor, one of the bus driver was very mean and didn’t even try to communicate with us, not in English neither in Japanese somehow. There wasn’t the possibility to open the curtain for example, we didn’t know about that and he suddenly threatened us to make us get off the bus if we opened the curtains again. No courtesy or kindness at all.
