Best bus ride I've been on in Vietnam! Bus was new and clean, they gave out water, and the scenes we passed by were amazing. The stopover was absolutely gorgeous as well.

This afternoon, we took the cheapest bus from Hue to Hoi An. Booked online on 12GoAsia for 165,750 per person. We were preparing for the worst, but everything went great. Good and safely driving, and most importantly: they even dropped us at the official drop of point that is mentioned in the voucher and on the website. Wow, never thought that we will experience this in the scam country aka Vietnam.
5/5 because of not dropping us off at a remote location where scammy cab drivers al already waiting and lurking for tourists.
Btw: according to 12GoAsia it would take 5 hours to travel. But in reality the journey only took 4 hours including 30m waiting time by the beginning.

The positives: we got to our destination on time.
The negatives: we had to transfer buses two times and neither time did we get information about it. Once we noticed our bags being packed onto the side of the road, then when we asked about it someone pointed in the direction of a random car we had to hop into.
Honestly a little communication would go a long way
Great service, pick up and drop off on time. Great driving and very comfortable bus. Amazing experience

van was on time. one took us out of town and we had to change to another one. don't understand why we had a toilet break after just half an hour or sooner. everything else was great.
Very comfortable drive. The bus was on time. We had seats with massage function, they gave us a bottle of water. And there was AC, which got pretty cold during the end.
Would book this ride again

Oversold tickets so another passenger and I had to wait an hour for the next bus. Barely crammed onto the next bus and it was leaking rain onto me. We did get to our destination without an accident though.

The bus arrived 45 min late to the pick up point, and 1h late to the destination. We did not do any stops, the bus was dirty and the bus driver was smoking inside the bus. The bus broke down in the middle of the journey and it felt that we were not going to arrive to the destination. In overall, it was not a great experience.

Dirty, hot bus. Air con was poor. Toilet was overflowing. No water or stops provided as with every other journey we’ve been on in Vietnam. Was a bit chaotic getting on and off the bus which is not what we’ve experienced elsewhere.
