Bostjan GChuyến bay với VietJet Air đã diễn ra rất tốt đẹp. Các nhân viên tại sân bay thực sự hữu ích và chuyến bay đã lên máy bay đúng giờ. Có 30 phút chậm trễ trên đường băng nhưng nguyên nhân là do thời tiết xấu ở sân bay nơi đến và chúng tôi không được phép cất cánh. TUY NHIÊN, tôi cần bày tỏ mối quan ngại sâu sắc về trang web 12GO và hệ thống đặt chỗ của họ. Họ phát hành cái gọi là xác nhận đặt chỗ/voucher chứ không phải vé điện tử, điều này sẽ gây ra nhiều vấn đề tại sân bay vì voucher của họ không chứa số PNR (sáu ký tự chữ và số) mà bạn cần làm thủ tục. Vì vậy, bạn có 2 lựa chọn: Tùy chọn Cách 1: gửi email đến 12GO và yêu cầu họ gửi cho bạn (điều này sẽ mất rất nhiều thời gian) hoặc Cách 2: đến văn phòng VietJet Air trước chuyến bay và vui lòng yêu cầu họ tìm kiếm bạn qua tên hành khách (tôi đã làm như vậy). ) và sau đó cấp cho bạn một vé. Melanie RNếu bạn cao trên 6 ft thì đừng đặt giường vì sẽ quá nhỏ. Bạn có thể để vali vào khoang hành lý bên dưới xe buýt, mang theo số hành lý tối thiểu trên xe vì điều đó khiến không gian của bạn càng chật chội hơn. Đèn trên xe rất sáng, ngay cả khi đèn chính đã tắt. Xe buýt đã đến trước thời gian dự kiến tại điểm đến.

Jesse MNha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City. Pick-up location was changed to close to the train station. Where we got picked up an hour late. Bus itself was okay. However, we took a very slow route and stopped often to deliver packages. We arrived 2,5 hours later than expected in Ho Chi Minh City, because we stopped often and took slower routes. The drop-off location is also different than told. We did not get dropped of at a SDT office in the city center, but at a bus station outside the city. Do not recommend.

Natalia SThe bus itself looked convenient and well-equipped, however, the sleeper areas badly needed cleaning, there was dust and hair everywhere, especially in the corners! The driver made zero effort to make the ride smooth and safe – the journey felt quite the opposite, me and my husband were constantly worried about falling off the top level. But the most terrible thing is that we were not dropped off at the designated station. Instead, the staff member told us to get off in a spot which looked like the middle of nowhere without explaining anything and got back in quickly, after which the bus took off immediately. It was the shoulder of a busy highway, we could barely see anything besides the lights from the speeding vehicles and motorbikes. Turned out that the bus station was on the opposite side but still very far, while crossing that highway was definitely dangerous and therefore not an option. As far as I understand, the bus was supposed to take us to the very bus station and not to some random spot more or less close to it! I assume, this was done because the bus was already running late and we do not speak the language, unfortunately, so we couldn’t really object. We did eventually find a way out and had a pleasant stay in Vietnam’s biggest city, but this experience was still frustrating, and such an attitude to passengers is nothing but unprofessional!

Fabian My girlfriend went to the toilet at night and her socks were drenched in pee. We were supposed to go to Ho Chi Minh center but somewhere in the outskirts we were woken up by people screaming at us that we had to go out. They were so pushy that we ended up forgetting stuff in the bus because of all the stress. After we were put in a minivan that went to pick up and drop off all kind of things in the city before they finally dropped us off in the center.

Lorenzo Book the VIP sleeper 22:40 supposed to arrive at 8 am in HCMC. Received text message a few hours before saying the coach would depart at 22 instead, also changing the station from which we were leaving. The message also said i needed to check in at the counter at the station. When we arrived at station the bus was already waiting. There was no one at the counter so still unclear what that was all about. Bus was comfortable and clean, got a blanket an pillow and there was a WC. At 4 am we were poked at and understood we had to get off the bus. Waited for about 10 minutes and then suddenly a minibus arrived. We got on, and 20 minutes later we arrived at on of main stations I HCMC 3,5 hrs before schedule. Useless time to arrive our budget hotell was locked up. Journey itself ok but everything felt quite confusing.
