Kevin CXe buýt không được dọn dẹp trước khi chúng tôi lên xe và bạn có thể ngửi thấy mùi nhà vệ sinh từ phía sau xe buýt. Chúng tôi đã có được một cabin 3 chỗ cho riêng mình (2 người) nên đó là một điểm cộng.

Simone Khi lên xe, tôi cần nhà vệ sinh nhưng nó đóng cửa nên tôi hỏi một người phụ nữ phụ trách quản lý xe buýt và cô ấy nói rằng họ sẽ mở cửa ngay khi xe buýt bắt đầu chuyến đi. Sau đó một lúc không có ai mở ra nên tôi đến gặp tài xế xe buýt và hỏi về nhà vệ sinh. Các tài xế mắng tôi vì tôi yêu cầu họ mở nhà vệ sinh, và sau khi hét lên với đồng nghiệp của anh ta, anh ta đã đưa cho tôi một chiếc kéo. Tôi hiểu anh ấy muốn tôi mở nó bằng điều đó. Thế là tôi đã đi và thực sự đã thành công. Tôi hình như nhà vệ sinh đã đóng cửa kể từ khi bắt đầu chuyến xe buýt, vì hai cô gái nói với tôi rằng họ đã hỏi tài xế nhiều lần trước đó. Christophe LNgoại trừ nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ, đó là một chuyến đi rất tốt, thực phẩm, cà phê được bán trên tàu. Gần đúng giờ sau chuyến đi kéo dài 13 giờ

Aaron FThe worst experience ever. They changed the bus to leave 3 hours earlier meaning I had to cancel plans and rush there. Told me the wrong pick up time so the bus nearly left without me, I had to step in front of it to stop it. Commumication was awful and all staff, on WhatsApp and especially on the bus, were so incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked for a partial refund and the guy on WhatsApp threatened to cancel the whole trip and leave me stranded. Not a single apology the whole time. Man on bus pushed me, shouted and was really rude and aggressive. Then they dropped us off at 3am (should have been 7.30). The 'free hostel' mentioned was a $13 taxi ride away (or 1.5hr walk) so it was cheaper to get a cheap hostel nearby, making the 'free hostel' a complete waste. Company is so badly run its infuriating and the whole journey was the worst I've ever had. Please investigate them and remove them from the platform 12go, I'm not joking they're an absolute scam.

Marea LThe Bus was Nice, but the driver drove so fast and reckless so that the Bus was shaking and it was Hard to find some Sleep.
We First had to Drive with a transit vehicle to the Bus and he just dropped us off in the middle of nowhere. Would have been nice to know that.

Israel Zfor some reason, once in the meeting point… someone told me (just me, not the rest of the passengers) to go with him as he needed to drop me somewhere else in his car. Was a little bit confusing and uncomfortable. So he dropped me off in a petrol station where another bus came to pick me up and I was the only passenger in that bus and they stopped on the road for more people and I was the only foreigner… and they asked me up to 3 times where should they drop me ? at least I arrived to my destination tho !

Jack RWasn't t bus that picked us up, it was queen Cafe.
Bus smelt really bad, which I got used to the seats were very dirty and uncomfortable. Leather was ripped on the chair, the pillow wasn't attached to the seats so they kept sliding and the recliner on the chair did not work. Also the seat I was in was none stop vibrating anytime the bus would idle.
Bus ride was relatively smooth compared to other sleeper busses I've experienced.
