Mona FThe bus was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff was super nice. All in all it could have been a super nice overnight ride!
But there were two things that were a bit annoying:
1) if you book a certain time, you won’t leave at that time. But they group people from different departure times together, so they don’t have half empty buses. That would be absolutely fine (especially as we arrived on time anyways) but it’s annoying to wait so long before getting on the bus.
2) the driver was driving super fast and honking all the time. This made it impossible to sleept. While the VIP Sleeper is so comfortable, you could easily sleep through the long drive, yet the noise from the honking and trying not to fall out of your bed due to the crazy driving, you literally won’t be able to sleep.

Oliver Bus was on time and the right place. As much honking as you would expect. The bus stopped for a brake 3 times in the 12-hours trip.

Cory MThe bus driver and attendant were quite pushy, demanding and yell at tourists.They made all of the tall tourists (I'm 192cm) sit in the smallest seats at the back of the bus (while trying to tell us they were the same) for 14 hours, while the other large comfortable seats remained empty for most of the journey with local people only occupying them for a few hours. In general the operators of these bus are deceitful, rude and treat tourists very poorly.

Florian SBus had a 1h delay. Driver was always honking through the whole night. The bus suspension broke down before we could even depart.

Rodrigo CThe operator was 1h delayed but managed to arrive 1h30min early. It was almost impossible to get any sleep as the driver was honking all the way, making overtakes on turns and sometimes speeding, the bus was shaking a lot all the time.
We also stopped in a nice gas station where we only had few minutes to use the toilet, even thou they had food there, then we stopped in a pretty bad, dirty and overpriced place to get some food, just 10 minutes later. Felt like they have some deal to take the passengers to this place. Tough ride.

Rachel MOnly told us the bus was delayed by an hour when we arrived at the pickup. Bus was three beds across so very small and the blankets smelled terrible. Driver was very erratic and slammed on the breaks a couple of times.
But we arrived earlier than expected despite the delay.
