Graeme BBlue Water Express provided an efficient check in and baggage handling. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The ferry had comfortable seats and although the crossing was quite rough we didn't feel unsafe. Overall good ferry operator.

Mandy VBoat left one hour late. On Gili T we had to transfer to a smaller boat. It took us 3 hours to arrive at Gili Air. Staff was very Friendly.
We could not sit because people put there luggage on the Seats. Life jackets only located under the Seats so if you have no Seat you do not have a life jacket.

Torsten SEverything was in time ( Transfer from Amed region which was offered extra from the ferry company and departure of the ferry). The boat is fast and due to calm weather it was a smooth ride to Gili Air. Booked the ferry online with 12go.asia
