Guy Not clear where to pick up the bus The meeting point on the voucher not the same as place that the bus wait for us.
Nobody inform us that they not drop us in the hotel as written on the voucher the bus drop us in the old city and gone.
Bad service.

Roger PIt was well organized.
Pick up at our hotel with a sedan car who brought us to the main location of the company where we changed vehicle (big 23 pax bus/van. In Hanöi, we changed again vehicle depending on our end destination in Hanoi. Communication in advance by WhatsApp. Driving style was quite ok.
Would book them again.

Zbigniew KThe bus depart 1 hour late. Company workers repeat "you go in 15 minuted" 1 hour. Zero information about status, "wait, wait" . We go back Hanoi 1 hour later. When I ask transfer as recompensation (500 meters from normal drpoff, I've heard "30000 dongs"). After explain our problems driver take us to the hotel, but probably i' ll not use services offered by this company.

Arman SThe journey itself was fine and the bus was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the journey took over 4 hours when on the website it says it's a two hour journey. Even on my way to Ninh Binh from Hanoi it took around 3 1/2 hours. I appreciate there is traffic sometimes but even without traffic that journey would be very difficult to complete in two hours so the only suggestion I have is to update the journey times to a more realistic time frame as people might have ongoing journeys etc they need to reach.
