Letizia CI was told, I am not at the pick up locational the driver drove past 10 times but could not find me. I was standing there 15 minutes prior to pick up and when I asked the driver, he told me, he had just arrived. So I don’t understand why someone from the office felt the need to stress me out like that without reason, but I sure felt uncomfortable!

Pauline NThe company reached out on text and told there was an earlier ride (2 hours). We agreed and took a taxi back to the pickup location and cut our activities short. As we arrived back to the pickup location they texted us saying never mind back to original schedule. I contacted them multiple times stating that I cut my day short and took a taxi back and I would be waiting around for 2 hours due to their communication. They did not assist at all and still took multiple text communications to even pick us up at our original allotted time. We ended up waiting over an hour at 2 stops to pick up more passengers.

Hannah HComfy bus was great. However, we were delayed by around 30 minutes by the driver finding a petrol station and filling up. We then only went 15 mins until the first rest stop when we really just wanted to get going by that point as it had been 45 mins and we were still very close to our starting point which was frustrating.

4sjndwkb7c The Driver was so tired, he had to Hit himself every Minute. He Drove 50 all the time so we Need 3 instead of 2 Hours. But Even then he could Not hold his line of the street. We were afraid to get into an accident.
