Marine JLeft on time, arrived 2 hours early, made some stops for toilets. I was on the top bunk and it was quite bumpy so not a great sleep

C OThe bus tour is chaotic- i booked from Ninh Binh10.20pm to Sapa 7am . The directions to pick up point are terrible - google maps couldn't find it. A tour guide helped me in the end. The staff are so rude - they don't explain anything. We were told to wait in one place and then suddenly we're moved to another area and it was very confusing. The only positive is the bus was clean. They make you take off your shoes before getting on. The bus driver was terrible he was speeding - he cleared his throat loudly for about 30 mins and literally was 5 feet away from me. The stops at the toilet are disgusting- I couldn't have used them. But if you did have a chance to fall asleep they will wake you regularly to offer disgusting facilities. Then the bus driver was on the phone loudly for 30 minutes at 5 am. And then to top it all off the bus arrived in Sapa at 5.40 am and they just threw us off. With nowhere to go. My homestay wasn't open til 7am - there wasn't even a coffee shop open. Worst experience ever - no sleep - no pleasant and terrible staff.

Mario TComfortable and clean bus/bed.
Bus drivers were not as friendly.
Bus left 45min late, but arrived maybe 16-30min after the targeted time, so that was okay.
It would be great to have better aircon in the waiting areas (Ninh Binh & Tam Coc), it was very warm even at night.

Sandra In total, we used four different modes of transport. We were picked up in Ninh Binh in a rickety van, then transferred to a limousine bus to Hanoi. There, we were taken by car to the office, where we had to wait an hour and a half for the sleeper bus to Sa Pa. The final leg of the journey on the sleeper bus was very comfortable, with stops every two hours. A bit more communication beforehand would have been nice. The first part of the trip to Hanoi was handled by Trang An, while the sleeper bus was operated by S Trip.

Marco NDriver needs to slow down a bit, especially on road bumps and overtakes.

Jade RI was better then we expected. We took the bus during the day and the driver was driving safe. The bed/cabin was also very comfortable en spacious. The bus took 2 stops to go to the bathroom and eat something. Would recommend.

Jane DOne of our nicest night buses- the only time I've felt safe with the drivers driving since being in Vietnam. The shape of the chairs however mean you can lie completely flat and lying on your back even my feet wouldn't fit as my toes hit the bottom of the chair in front- this thankfully didn't affect my sleep as I scrunch to sleep but I'm 5'6. Still though, best bus so far- the safe driving gives it a 10/10 in my mind.
