The driver was at the hotel earlier but waited a bit without problem.
The drive was smooth because of low traffic and he dropped us right at the pier.
The departure was delayed a bit, so the arrival was 30min after schedule.
The AC on the boat... a bit too strong... defimitely freezing inside.

Nobody was waiting for us at the airport. He arrived later and also left us in the pier without further information.
Everything went smoothly we got picked up at the hotel and drive to the pier where the ferry was waiting to take us, the ferry ride was great very calm and the upper deck was nice not crowded but we needed sun screen because it was very hot.
Pick up went smooth. Nice driver, clean car. Ferry staff was not the nicest. Treated customers rude, arrived 45 min late. Therefore, my hotel pick up person was no longer waiting for me which meant that I had to carry my luggage for 20 min to get to the accomodation on Phi Phi.
In the booking procedure I couldn’t find the window to tell our flight-no and arrival-time. I wrote it as a message, that I don’t know how much time we need to get our luggage. I didn’t know that it is a private pickup. So I gave more time as needed. At the pickup no we were 1 h too early. So we were a bit lost there. Everybody was gone. We thought we had to wait 1h. Fortunately the driver gave me a call and we didn’t loose too much time. He was very friendly and made it ebenen possible to get us a ferry earlier than booked. Excellent!
