Organisation war gut, bei der Busfahrt hatte ich leider durchgehend Angst um mein Leben, weil der Fahrer wie ein Wahnsinniger gefahren ist. Bootsfahrt war entspannt.

Vom Krabi Bus Terminal sind wir bis zum Pakbara Pier gefahren und von dort aus mit dem Speedboat nach Koh Lipe. Der Fahrer konnte etwas englisch und war freundlich. Laut 12go Asia sollte der Van um 06:40 Uhr kommen und man soll eine halbe Stunde eher da sein. Deshalb kamen wir um 06:00 uhr an. Jedoch sagten uns alle am Bus Terminal der Van kommt um 07:00 Uhr. Und so war es auch. Die Zeit hätte man sich morgens natürlich sparen können.

Un desastre la organización. Nos bajaron en un comedor para que cenemos y pagáramos nosotros. Vergüenza total. Pesimo horrible servicio

Driver was great, super friendly and on time but there was no allowance for travellers with luggage. My 21 yo daughter ended up in what could only be called a seat in name only, so to be kind so that older less flexible passengers could travel in relative comfort. She then had to worry if the tower of luggage was going to fall on her. Driver took way too many passengers.
Missing a lot of information in the booking. We got from A to B, so can't complain about that. We had a toilet stop on the way with the van, but sadly not a shop nearby for snacks. Arrived 1 hours before the boat. The boat stops twice on its way to Koh Lipe, so you will arrive over an hour later than planned.. Everyone seemed not to know this and was frustrated by it.

The seats on the bus were very narrow. I was sitting with my 10 year old son and it felt like a squeeze. Transfer to speed boat was smooth. The boat did not have a door in the centre to protect from rain so we were absolutely drenched by the storm that we encountered on the way. The boat pilot raced through the storm and got us to Lipe on schedule!
