The first ride to the boarder was amazing. I had my own bus and a lot of comfort. Then i crossed the boarder and on the other side i could not find my bus. I asked around for about 1h, then they told me to wait for 2h to bring me to the bus park. It was getting dark and my feelings were not okay with that. I took than a taxi to siem reap.
I booked a van-van transfer from Bangkok to Siem Reap. The trip from Bangkok to the border was smooth and comfortable. It is notable that the wifi on the van was not working. I had to walk across the border and through customs on my own, but I was given clear verbal instructions, and there are signs on both sides of the border in English. I am not sure if there was a pre booked van for me on the Cambodian side since I was the only traveler and the van companies seemed to have changed, but I had to wait around 1.5 hours for the second van. I perceived they were scrambling to find any car headed in the direction of Siem Reap to take me. I had asked the van operating company on the Cambodian side where the drop off point would be so that my hotel transfer could pick me up accordingly, but the van driver dropped me off at a different location than I was told. There is no Siem Reap Travel Mart station (not sure if there was one that has since closed because of COVID but all listings on Google Maps do not exist). When I arrived, there was as single Tuk Tuk waiting for me which I was forced to take as there was no one else at the site and I had no way of contacting my hotel.
The journey on thailand side was perfect and smooth - the bording location is bit off but either text them on whatsapp or someone will help (the point is 2 mins away by a market)
Then we had to wait over an hour after immigration even though everyone was done
The cambodia part of journey felt like a scam - toilet break is only at place where you are forced to buy something in order to use toilet; they drop you off 2km outside of city centre with tuktuk drivers waiting for you and trying to also book them for going around Angkor wat the next day.

It was difficult to actually find the starting point of the bus ride. The address is not accurate, because it leads you to their exportation hub. The actual bus stop is 2mins away - just contact them via call or WhatsApp and they will help you.

Comfortable and clean bus, helpful staff from the bus provider. Snack was provided. Although there was some mosquitoes on the bus. Staff through the border was also helpful. Wifi on the bus worked fine. Stops on the way were clean.
Montanatip rescheduled the trip on the spot, delaying the departure more than an Hour and changing the destination to Sura Thani instead of Krabi. This resulted in a longer wait in the sun and an extended journey in a van instead of the VIP bus.
The Mini van was completely packed with people and luggage on the floor. The bus driver couldn't talk any English so no one knew what going on. Would never pick this company again.
All good, very confortable van, plugs and wifi, a small breakfast and water offered, they stop along the way for breaks, the border crossing was very quick 'cause we all paid 100 baht more for the vip service. we were 1h30 late but that's nothing.
