I bought my Narita to BKK ticket a month before my flight but only received a voucher, not a boarding pass. I flew from the US to Narita w another airline and self transfered to Air Japan. There were no Air Japan people at any of the desks inside security so I had to enter Japan through security, waiting in line 60 minutes to do so. I immediately got the boarding pass and then went back through security. I really wish I could have found an Air Japan person the print the pass inside the secure area without waiting and risking them denying the pass or being unable to print it at the 58B gate desk.
