앞 좌석간의 간격이 꽤 있어서 조금이나마 뒤로 몸을 뉘일수도 있었다. 앞사람이 눕혀도 불편하지 않았음.

출발 시간도 잘지키고 도착시간은 심지어 조금 더 빨랐다😊 직원들도 매우 친절했고 내 캐리어를 손수 옮겨주셨다. 강력추천!
In the beginning it all seemed fine. We departed on time but in the end the trip took almost 2 hours longer than it should have. We were in nusa penida for 1,5h instead of just half an hour, and the staff didn’t really update us. During the whole trip the AC was off so it was really warm in the cabin.
Booked under Idola Express operator company, arrived at the office at Sanur and was sent to the Sanur port but the boat was delayed about 1 hour. When boarding, the boat name was SemayaOne instead. Boat was poorly maintained, dirty and smelly. Made multiple stops at Nusa Penida, Lombok and Gilis. At one point it was overloaded that some passengers had to stand up or sit on the floor. Operators were rude, shouting and rushing passenger off when their announcement of the stop name is unclear and passenger is asking for more clarification. On the app stated 4 hours to reach Gili, but it actually took 6 hours.
Communication with the company and driver was very good. He was on time to pick us up. There was a very long wait at Padang Bay for the boat. We were sure it would be a big boat from the pictures. But it was a small boat. We arrived safely and securely at the islands. It was all fine in the end
