Presented print out of voucher at depot and got ticked off the list. Nice to have vehicle registration on the ticket also so as not to get on the wrong bus.
The AC was way too cold. They keep it running at the same level from (hot/humid) Manila to (cool) Sagada. Temperature in the bus must have been 14-16 degrees - totally crazy. Getting out of the bus early in the morning in Sagada, with outside temperature around 18 degrees, felt like a big relief.
I told one of the staff on the bus (not the driver, the other person) about this during a stop but he responded only with a dismissive hand gesture.
I approached him again after we arrived in Sagada to give this feedback, and he was very rude, showing no understanding.
None of the buses have bathrooms as advertised. Bus left late and took 13+ hours. Multiple unnecessary stops along the way including one for locals to buy produce. Seats are very close quarters and not very comfortable. Prepare to be exhausted and sore.
The bus is old and cramped, and not suitable for long drives. The only modern things are the AC (used extensively so grab a blanket) and the toilet.
The bus was on time and driving style was safe.
