I appreciate that the driver was on time, polite, and maintained a nice vehicle. However, he struggled to stay awake the entire trip. We swerved lanes multiple times, slowed and sped up as he drifted and woke back up, and had vehicles honking at us because he was veering into their lanes. I could not rest because I had to be vigilant to ensure he didn’t completely fall asleep. This was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a paid personal transport. The company needs to do a better job of ensuring that their drivers for nighttime transportation are going to be able to safely complete their jobs, or do not accept the booking.
They changed pickup location the night before. Bus did not arrive on time. No contact from the agent to explain it was late or even confirm where we getting picked up. Dropped off in the middle of the highway, Literally got out in traffic and had to run to the walkway on the other side. Honestly I would have rather paid for a taxi. Bus staff impolite. Welcome to Vietnam
i wished the bus goes to the airport instead ofna few km away. the ticket should tell me the gate and terminal and how to get to the bus station or train station with a map.
It was advertised at 371,000 but then I was told to pay 300,000 more if I wanted to go. Fine. It is advertised as a direct bus taking 3 hours - this is a lie. You WILL stop in Hanoi and be transferred and it will take a little longer than 3 hours. I was picked up at around 12:30 and got to the airport at 16:00pm.

Pick up great. Arrival time great. All drivers were excellent except for the last one who picked us up in Hanoi to take us to the airport.That driver spent the entire time texting and respond to texts while he was driving. He also did personal phone calls while driving. He drove down the centre of the road on the white line often when they're was plenty of room on the road. We did not feel he was concentrating on his job.
Every other driver we had was great
