False advertising, we never got a VIP bus for which we paid extra. The bus never arrived at the stated pickup point. We were out on another bus an hour later at another point.
I received ticket confirmation only 30 minutes before departure time, and until that moment it was unclear if I had the ticket or not. I contacted the 12GoAsia support, but they gave a vague answer neither confirming nor denying my trip.
Bed was comfy but impossible to get any sleep with the driving style used by this driver. Pick up about 10 mins late but we got in half hour early which explains the driving style.

The costumer service was amazing! They send me a WhatsApp with all the Information and helped me a lot when I had questions. They were really nice and the journey was great. For a sleeperbus I had a great sleep since the cabins are really luxurious. Thanks again!

The bus was really late and so we only got on at around 2am.
Had some really bad experiences with other bus companies and HK busline was the 10/10
Communication was good, had to change our date and they accommodated that no problem
Everything was on time and the drivers were really nice
