Bus hat einen sehr guten Standard, jedoch würde leider nach den letzten Gästen nicht aufgeräumt. Der Bus hatte eine halbe Stunde Verspätung, was an sich kein Problem war.
Wir würden an einer Tankstelle auf dem Weg ausgelassen und von dort an mit einem Taxi transportiert, damit der Bus keinen Umweg fahren musste.
It was a good bus drive overall. I had to sit behind the driver. The first 2 hours the drivers and byriders were very loud, it woke me up a couple of times. I looked at them like ‘what’s going on?’ Not mad or anything. He singed at me. And after that they were very quiet and nice. I’ve definitely had worse bus trips here in Vietnam so it wasn’t the greatest but not bad either.
Multiple last-minute schedule changes, very poor communication, and a much later arrival than advertised. We booked this connection specifically to maximize our limited time in Hue, but ended up losing a large part of the day. The trip itself was fine, but the organization and customer service were disappointing.
From the inquiry, over communication and service everything was so smooth and professional. We really recommend booking your trip with Mango Travel. The driver was friendly, the car was clean & nice and the driving skills were great. Also the price is really good.
Bus left an hour later but communicated this to us the day before. Comfy journey, sufficient stops and they gave us a snack and water. Arrived on time and we had no issues. Can recommend.
