I had a ticket for a bus supposed to leave at 2:30pm. The bus arrived at 3pm (late), the driver was un respectful and told me the bus would leave at 4 no matter what (1h30 after supposed departure). The driving team kept making stop to smoke along the way without allowing us to go out of the bus!

We chose the night bus from Phong Nha to Hoi An so that we could get some sleep during the journey. Unfortunately, this was impossible because of the driver’s driving style. The driver was speeding throughout the trip, and we were constantly being thrown from side to side, especially in the corners.
According to our booking, we were supposed to arrive in Hoi An at 6:30 AM, allowing us to check into our hotel at 7:00 AM. Instead, we arrived at 4:10 AM with our two children. During the entire journey, there was only one toilet stop, which lasted just five minutes.
There we were at 4:10 AM in Hoi An with two young children, while everything was still closed. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this trip and would not recommend this bus service to anyone.
The best ride.. safe and sound we headed back to Hoian.. 5 stars!!

Everything was perfect, good communication, great confort, the bus was nice and owners were kind.
The only thing was no toilet in the bus, but there were stops !
I felt like I paid for a standard service but got a VIP upgrade, as the bed was much more spacious and comfortable this time. The drivers were polite and drove carefully, and we arrived well ahead of schedule. The restroom, though small, was clean.
The journey was supposed to take 5 hours, but in reality, it took nearly 7 hours.
The USB port in my cabin wasn't working.
The driver was quite friendly.
