Easy to book and straight forward experience! Pickup was slightly later than we thought but in plenty of time for the ferry and the bus to the ferry was very cramped but not an issue.

They pickup at the hotel very late. They tell us at 8 and we had to stay at 7:30 at our hall hotel. We get up very early with the children and they arrived at 8:50.

Bus was mad late but we didn't miss the ferry and it was all pretty straightforward. The indoor section of the ferry was really cold so maybe keep a hoodie or something on hand
