Le point de rendez-vous prévu à l aéroport a été modifié sans que nous soyons prévenues . On a eu beaucoup de mal a trouver le nouveau point de rendez vous malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques à ma société et au chauffeur
Communication was superb. We were a few minutes late because our flight was delayed and told the company beforehand so they waited for us (was literally just 5 minutes but if they wouldn't have known they would've driven off).
Driving was good, calm for Vietnamese standards. Bus was okay for a day trip.
There were no seats left when we were picked up at the airport, so we had zero leg space (directly behind the driver). One of us even had to sit at the front next to the driver.

We have reserved 2 place in front of the bus but places were busy. We are placed at last places at the back of the bus. The places were very small and for 6 hours travel it’s very very inconfortable when you are 1.8 m tall . I’ll never book to with BANG PHAN company

Bus driver beeped the horn constantly and drove erratically so we were thrown around the bus for the entire journey. The man who welcomed us was very intense, he pulled my bag off my back and threw it onto the bus. Nobody told us which stop we were at so we nearly missed our stop. It wasn’t a relaxing experience at all.
The road was tough and the driver was going a bit too fast, making it hard to sleep as we were going from one side to the other like crazy for a big part of the trip. Also the charging port didn’t work
